We use state of the art equipment (which is ****ing heavy) but it will get rid of some of the toughest stains!
If you require a certificate of cleaning, we can provide a digital version hosted on our infrastructure that will verify that we have completed a clean against a check list. We do this standard in every end of lease clean but can also provide this upon request for any service.
Upon completion of your End of Lease Clean we will provide you with a virtual certificate you can share with your real estate agent. If the real estate agent has an issue with the clean, they will provide us with a list of items to which Cobba Services will proceed to rectify, and we will attempt to do this within 72 hours to ensure you get your bond back.
We have spent the past five years investing our time and money into picking the right suppliers of both consumables and important equipment. Cobba Services are fully equipped with Hot Water Extraction carpet cleaning machines and are always looking to stay ahead when it comes to technology in our sector.
